Position Summary

This role will be a mix of data entry and taking inbound calls. Customer’s complete inquiries and representatives will enter information provided by the customer. If the form lacks specific information or has incorrect information the representative would then call the customer as follow up.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test

• Responds promptly to customer needs;

• Maintains confidentiality;

• Responds quickly and effectively to customer questions.

• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality. Meets clients’ specific quality standards.

• Meets productivity standards; Completes work in a timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.

• Is consistently at work and on time

• Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies the appropriate person with an alternate plan.

• Other duties as required by management

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED.
