Summary:  Thesuccessful candidate for this position will be very dependable and accessibleat all times.  This candidate must have a working knowledge of basiccomputer programs and provide basic technical support for the company’sday-to-day operations.  The ability to self-motivate and motivate othersis always a positive, additional skill. 

Essential Duties andResponsibilities: 

Must have knowledge of PC hardware(Microsoft Windows- DOS, 2000, XP (Professional), (Microsoft OfficeSuite- Install, trouble shoot, support end users w/suite, Word, Excel,Power Point, Access, Outlook (setup exchange users)

Basic networking skills (568a,568b, Cross Over wiring schemes) adding printers, map network drives,installation, troubleshooting.

Support common ACT productivitysoftware (WinZip, Acrobat, E-fax, FTP, Guide, Oracle Client, Citrix, VNC,etc.….

Create and maintain daily reports.

Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience: 

Minimum 2 year degree orcertification(s) in a related field; or three to six months related experienceand/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehendsimple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to writesimple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information inone-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and otheremployees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply,and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, anddecimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw andinterpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common senseunderstanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oralinstructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concretevariables in standardized situations.
