Job Description


Recruits,researches, pre-screens, and refers job candidates for job openings byperforming the following duties:

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may beassigned.

Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer.

Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.

Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates. Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.

Attends Recruiting job opportunity functions; Coordinates with career services Proactively recruits at high traffic areas identified as having potential candidates.

Helps to coordinate participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs. Prepare for and actively participate on conference sessions when needed/ required.

Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.

Assists in the office with the hiring process including but not limited to testing, prescreening, setting up interviews, assisting with paperwork and data entry.

Ensuring candidates meet eligibility by checking entry requirements and doing reference checks; drug testing and criminal background checks.

Submission of the required information to Human Resources; Training and Finance for new Hires within the required timeframe.

Works with a sense of urgency and meets all deadlines with proactive communication concerning timelines.

Acts as a role model at all times, adhere to high ethical standards.

Takes responsibility and initiative to develop core skills and competencies being involved in every facet of personal development.

QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must beable to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledgeof:Company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook;applicable skills needed for all current campaigns; Computer programs includingWord, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook; Interviewing techniques;

Abilityto:Create and maintain professional work relationships with peers acrossdepartments; Prioritize work; Multi-task; Communicate effectively in oral andwritten form;


Atleast a junior level college student and/or one to two years related experienceand/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Abilityto read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professionaljournals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, businesscorrespondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions fromgroups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Abilityto calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions,proportions, and percentages.


Abilityto solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables insituations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret avariety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Validdriver’s license or other Government issued ID; Freezone ID.
