Advanced Call Center Technologies LLC. (ACT), is a performance driven provider of contact center and back office support services.  With over a decade of successes, many leading companies in the financial services, communications, and technology industries rely on ACT for proven results managing their customer relationships.

We’re looking for report developers to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.


•             Develop and test reporting solutions in house reporting solutions, Tableau, MS SQL Server and Oracle.

•             Work closely with operations team and other developers to establish requirements.

•             Work as a Subject Matter Expert on reporting data.

•             Research and troubleshoot reporting and data issues.

Education & Experience:

•             Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or relevant work experience

•             2 years C#

•             2 years in data analysis, query design, and reporting

•             Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, T-SQL; PL/SQL a plus

•             Experience working with data warehousing concepts, terminology and architecture

•             Experience working in a team environment

•             Strong analytical, multi-tasking and problem solving skills

•             Excellent written and verbal communications skills
