Job Description

Data Entry - System & Building Access Responsibilities:

  1. Enter and maintain accurate data within multiple Excel Spreadsheets consisting of rapidly changing data from multiple sources
  2. Enter and maintain accurate data on multiple badge systems for multiple  locations
  3. Enter and maintain accurate data within various computer systems
  4. Monitor the Work Order processing application (Track-It)
  5. Interface with users, managers, technicians and customers to collect, maintain, validate and report 100% accurate information
  6. Audit work completed by multiple technicians on multiple systems

Reporting Responsibilities:

  1. Generate daily reports utilizing Excel
  2. Maintain the reliability, timeliness and quality of all information reported
  3. Respond accurately to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions about reports
  4. Continually strive to streamline overall reporting system based on process improvements
  5. Keep reporting process documentation up-to-date

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be well organized
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to quickly master new tasks, procedures and software
  • Ability to work both independently and with a small team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Will share on-call rotation once fully trained
