Position Summary

Customer Service Associatesprimarily receive inbound calls from consumers for assistance with theiraccounts. Customer Service Associates are problem solvers with good negotiationskills who are self-driven and motivated to meet individual service and salesgoals. Customer Service Associates use their excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with every contact to provide world-class customerservice.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities

Respondspromptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service;Responds to requests for service and assistance.

Maintainsconfidentiality; Listen to others without interrupting; Keeps emotions undercontrol; Remains open to others' ideas and tries new things.

Speaksclearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and getsclarification; Responds quickly and effectively to customer questions.

Multitasks to document while speaking with the consumer.

Demonstratesaccuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality;Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.Meets clients’ specific quality standards.

Meetsproductivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increaseproductivity; Works quickly.

Isconsistently at work and on time

Followsinstructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for ownactions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary toreach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with analternate plan.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED.

Must be able to successfullypass criminal background check

Data entry and basic computerskills
