Job Description


 Troubleshooting IT related issues atthe desktop level and assist other IT teams as directed

-      ProvidePC desktop hardware, software, application and local network connectivitysupport

-      Installationand testing of new hardware, software and applications

-      Documentationof all internal site hardware/software/licensing at the desktop level

-      Researchand provide recommendations for integrating new technology and methodologiesfor improving PC desktop support

-      Supportall efforts to send agents to work from home.

-      ProvideIT support via phone, WebEx or zoom rooms to our work from home users.


   Demonstratemulti-tasking skills

-      Assistwith various enterprise project initiatives at the PC/Desktop level.  Thiswill include assisting with various phases of a desktop infrastructure projectincluding support, software/hardware testing & verification anddeployment. 

-      Strongproblem solving and analytical skills

-      Excellentwritten and communication skills; able to effectively communicate withindividuals at all levels

-      Abilityto manage day to day activities as well as new project hardware/softwareimplementations and upgrades in a fast paced and time stressed environment

-      3 years supporting Windows environments preferred

-      Experiencewith Windows Networking, Active Directory, DNS, VOIP and Network Routing

-      Assistin technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktop systems.

-      Strongcommunication and organizational skills

-      A Certification preferred

-      Associate’sor Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS
