  • Responsible for classroom set-up and maintenance of manuals and classroom.
  •  Attend train-the trainer sessions.
  •  Provides floor support during transition.
  •  Delivers material/information to students
  •  Teach all aspects of programs according to the client and company guidelines.
  •  Develop job aids and interact with clients and production
  •  Produce quality agents, who know and understand the program’s products, policies and procedures.
  •  Maintains class roster and attrition reports and weekly productivity reports.
  •  Trains new hires and conducts refresher courses.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                    

Directly supervises 15-30 employees per training class. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.


Conducts training programs for current and new employees of organization by performing the following duties.  

Education: High School diploma or GED.

Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check

Data entry and basic computer skills
