Job Description

Recruits, researches, pre-screens, and refers job candidates for job openings by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping
 before interviews to assist ing with final offer. 
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other
 candidate relationships.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidat es.
 Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
Attends Recruiting job opportunity functions; Coordinates with career services Proactively recruits at high traffic areas
 identified as having potential candidates.
Helps to coordinate participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs. Prepare for and actively participate on
 conference sessions when needed/ required.
Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
Assists in the office with the hiring process including but not limited to testing, prescreening, setting up interviews, assisting
 with paperwork and data entr y.
Ensuring candidates meet eligibility by checking entry requirements and doing reference checks; drug testing and criminal
 background checks.
Submission of the required information to Human Resources; Training and Finance for new Hires within the required

Knowledge of: Company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook; applicable skills needed for
 all current campaigns; Computer programs including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook; Interviewing

Ability to: Create and maintain professional work relationships with peers across departments; Prioritize work; Multi-task;
 Communicate effectively in oral and written form;

At least a junior level college student and/or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
 of education and experience.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or
 governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively
 present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited
 standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Valid driver’s license or other Government issued ID; Freezone ID.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in inside environmental conditions. The employee
