Overview:
- Drive daily results to meet customer expectations
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates. Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
- Attends Recruiting job opportunity functions; Coordinates with career services
- Proactively recruits at high traffic areas identified as having potential candidates.
- Helps to coordinate participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs. Prepare for and actively participate on conference sessions when needed/ required.
- Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Drives the hiring process including but not limited to testing, prescreening, setting up interviews, assisting with paperwork and data entry.
- Ensuring candidates meet eligibility by checking entry requirements and doing reference checks; drug testing and criminal background checks.
- Submission of the required information to Human Resources; Training and Finance for new Hires within the required time frame.
- Manage High Volume Fast Paced recruiting team.
- Fill all open positions at 100% and with timely deliver
- Draft and implement advertisement and community outreach plans
- Bilingual Spanish and English is HIGHLY preferred. Must be able to work overtime, as needed
- Deliver Disciplinary action as well as regular coaching and development
- Be flexible in an environment by championing and embracing change.
Qualification:
Recruiting experience mandatory
Ability to work at a face paced
High School Diploma or GED is required, continued education is preferred
Knowledge of community marketing in the US and Mexico is highly preferred
